Hill is a Lock for the Rotation

Today, Lou Piniella told Rich Hill that he is a lock in the rotation. This is something that most Cub fans already knew, but it is refreshing to know that he is a lock for the start of the season and that Lou has confidence in him. Lou also told Ryan Theriot that he is pretty much a lock for the team (most likely a bench role), if he keeps working hard.
