Well, the good news is that both Mark Prior AND Wade Miller threw off a mound today, which is already much farther along than where they were last year. The bad news is that Kerry Wood is injured again! Not to fret though, because he bruised his ribs and chest after falling out of a hot tub and it will only sideline him for a few days. If they ever decide to make a “Final Destination” reality show I suggest that Kerry Wood star in it.
are you kidding me? if i were kerry wood, i would come up with a better story than I fell out of a hot tub. something more heroic, more fall-worthy at least!
