This has to be a dream. Here are reasons why I think that this game was just a dream:

After watching Jason Marquis pitch 6 2/3 innings in Coors Field without giving up an earned run, I have come to the realization that I am dreaming.

Jacque Jones- 3 hits again, including a bunt and a home run and a stolen base (He is really getting things done and picking up the slack).

Kendall-3 hits and he is almost hitting 100 points higher than his stay in Oakland this year. Steal of the year award maybe? (speaking of steal, he did get caught stealing, but I think that is because he was taking notes on how to throw runners out.)

Matt Murton-Showing Lou what he can do when he is in the lineup everyday (back-to-back days with a home run).

Howry- Got in on the action fast as he came in with the bases loaded and ended up surrendering just one run, as he used more than his fastball ( this is where I started to realize I was dreaming.)

Well, let’s see if I can stay in this dream-like state this weekend as these Cubs players pick up the absence of their star players and win games!
